What You’ll Learn
e program curriculum is designed to cover 5 main topics over 12 weeks: Introduction, Getting the basics right, Project Control, developing a good plan and vendor selection.
Week 1:
In week 1 of our Business Analyst course, students will learn the fundamentals of business analysis, project management, and agile methodology, as well as research techniques and stakeholder identification.
Week 2:
In Week 2, students will learn about stakeholder management, change management, GDPR and legal entities, business requirement documents, and RAID impact. They will also gain an understanding of project tickets, discovering business objectives, scope definition, and capturing MVP/MVE.
Week 3:
We will introduce students to how architectural document is created, business process modelling, and improvement. They will also gain knowledge on various deliverables, requirements, and their impacts, as well as cost estimation, work package, and statement of work.
Week 4-5:
Throughout weeks 4 and 5 of the business analyst course, students will delve into the customer journey experience and learn how to map out user stories to effectively communicate product requirements.
They will gain insight into use cases and how to review and improve to-be processes. Students will also gain hands-on experience in creating key project management tools such as Gantt charts, site maps, wireframes, and content manifests/matrixes using online collaborative tools. In addition, they will participate in a scrum session to deepen their understanding of Agile methodologies and how to conduct user acceptance testing.
Finally in week 6 – week 12 :
The program will end with a live project and closing the project, including a post-project review and project report. Interveiw preparation will also be conducted for students.
