The program curriculum is designed to cover 5 main topics over 12 weeks: Introduction, Getting the basics right, Project Control, developing a good plan and vendor selection.
Week 1:
In the Introduction week, participants will be introduced to project management and report write-ups, mailbox services, research, and feasibility study, including SWOT, PESTLE, MOST, and Competitive Analysis. They will also learn to gather background information, identify stakeholders, and create stakeholder matrices.
Week 2:
In Getting the basics right week, the focus will be on project methodologies, templates, and repositories, as well as project charter, project brief, project mandate, discovering business objectives, project delivery plans, and scope definition.
Week 3:
The Project Control section will cover Cost/Financial Derivation, Benefit Realization, Evaluating Options, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Stakeholder Matrix, GDPR and Legal Entities, Deliverables & Requirement Analysis, Gathering, Implementation, and Documentation.
Additionally, participants will learn about workshops, project cost consolidation, customer journey experience, user story mapping, using several industry recognized tools and frameworks.
Week 4:
During week 4, you’ll learn how to develop a strong project plan that includes elements like visibility, collaboration, and accountability. You’ll also cover topics like communication, leadership, risk management, and budgeting. By the end of the week, you’ll be equipped with the tools and knowledge you need to create effective project plans and set yourself up for success.
Week 5:
Participants will learn about vendor selection, how to arrive at a good plan, leadership and support, risk and governance, linking business strategies to IT and digital strategies, procurement processes, and the legal side.
Finally in week 6 – week 12 :
The program will end with a live project and closing the project, including a post-project review and project report.
